Two years ago. On this day.
Abi took Ibu to Royal Women Hospital, Carlton, Melbourne. At around 5AM. Deasy was scheduled to get a c section operation at 8AM.
The sky was still pitch black, because it was still winter there down under.
Everything went fast after that moment. Look now. She’s having her 2nd birthday by tomorrow morning.

You are 2 years old now.
Weighing 12.45kg now.
About 80cm tall now.
But. Sorry to say, until then, you will always be our first love.

What might be in Isla’s mind today??
I have just crossed the 2 years milestone today!
Two years living in this curly life in this world
But I managed to always behave straight ( except my hair)
I feel people love me: Abi & Ibu,Nindra, aunties Cella and Adel, Akung & Ati, Abi&Bunda Diana, Ajo Omar and Uni Nona and many many others. And of course, my friends mbak Ria and mbak Yuli
I learned many songs in Gymboree, but my favourite music is Azan Maghrib ( Nona likes it too ). I also learned how to jump as well.
I have not mastered to make lengthy conversation, but I think I am smart enough to make people understand what I mean.
I am looking forward to my third year in life, with the blessing of Allah and the loves of the people around me.
What do I hate?? None ( oh, maybe when Abi stops carrying me on bike ).
