Phew. Finally got time to write about the classes i’ve been into. To be honest, I only have 3 subjects for this semester. Monday and tuesday classes begin at 6pm until 9pm. Wednesday and thursday classes begin at roughly 9am and 10am, and finish at 1pm.
I prefer full 3 days classes. But I’m letting loose all of those afternoon, so eventually I could pick up some casual work after classes. About those night classes, they are meant for us, the postgrad students because some of them are working in the noon. I’d love that. But yea…considering all the workload from the uni, i’m afraid of getting left behind on the study.
About Swinburne. It’s a nice place to learn design. Since there are few campuses through out Melbourne, Prahran campus is dedicated for Art and design, art performance, tv and broadcast, and all that artsy stuffs. They got wireless internet throughout the buildings, which i haven’t tried yet. The big difference is, when you are in one of the post grad course, it’s more likely a 2 way method of teaching. The lecturer only speaks out some questions and thoughts, while the students will reply with thoughts and answers. It’s more like open forum live discussions. Which is good, and encourage me to use my bloody english…i mean really bloody, like missing this and that on sentences..all the blanks….aaaa…hmmmm…..yea..that bloody english.
Those pictures above, are taken between classes and the way home after those night classes. That’s the Prahran’s train station, where i’ll be off and on everyday, it was taken after the latest class. Look carefully, you will find……jeng jeng jeng!!! No, just kiddin…
